Greetings Church Family: 
 
   My hope and prayer is that everyone is doing well and remaining encouraged in the Lord. I am so thankful to be a part of such a wonderful Church Family that does such an incredible job loving and welcoming each other everytime we gather together. Here is some information for the month of February.  
 
Family Advocacy Group Is a ministry to help provide assistance, encouragement, training, and support to families with foster children in our community. They meet inside the Children's Ministry Building on Tuesday's @9am. For more info ask to speak with Lori Littau.

Young Adults ages 20 to mid 30's meets on Friday February 2nd & 16th @6pm inside the Church Discipleship House @ 1081 Mickey St. adjacent to the Chapel grounds for dinner, Bible Study, and fellowship. The church also provides childcare for those families with small children free of charge. Ask to speak with John & Maria Gundacker or Ana Brosnan for more information ... Those with children please RSVP

The Youth Group meets on Saturday February 10th & 24th @4pm inside the Church Multi-Purpose Room Building. For Bible Study, Fellowship, and fun Games. Ask to speak with Manuel & Sandi Gonzalez or Ana Brosnan for more information.
 
Spanish Speaking Bible Study meets on Friday's inside our Church Cafe'. Our hope and prayer is for this Bible study to transition into a Spanish speaking Sunday morning Church service. Please keep this endeavor in prayer and help us get the word out to all our Spanish speaking members in our church family as well as all those who call our community. for more info ask to speak with Anibal Guzman. 
 
The Garden Ministry has scheduled days for the participation and education of planting and growing fresh fruits and vegetables as well as proper maintenance as well as sharing new ideas, and techniques. Whether you have already adopted a garden bed or would like to do so. Feel free to join us on Tuesday February 13th & 27th @12PM. If you're in need of more information please ask to speak with Yesenia Sanchez on any Sunday morning.
 
Homeless Ministry We are in the process of collecting non-perishable food items to distribute to the homeless in our community. If you would like to participate pick up a list of the specific items needed at the info desk, or ask to speak with Jennifer Reynolds for more info.

We have Bible Studies that meet throughout the week that provide an opportunity to dive deeper into the Sunday morning sermons and fellowship with and develop lasting friendships with other believers.

Wednesday- 4:30pm Ladies Bible Study inside the Multi-Purpose Building,  interactive Names of God led by Shelley Acosta. 

Wednesday- 6:30pm inside the Cafe. Interactive Sermon Based, everyone's welcome, that also includes voluntary open prayer, and Worship.
 
Wednesday- 6:00pm Rajm Family Home, interactive, life lessons from the Epistle of James, everyone's welcome, led by Dave Clasen.
 
Thursday- 5:00pm Goldberg Family Home, interactive Sermon Based, everyone's welcome, led by Ben Lewelling {775} 209-5875

Our next Men's Breakfast is scheduled for Saturday, February 17th @7am inside the Cafe'. All men are encouraged to bring their sons. If you would like to help participate in setting and preparing the breakfast please show up between 5:30 & 6am, for more info ask to speak with Mike Doeller or Brian Jacobs.
 
The Men's Ministry also provides small Discipleship Groups that meet throughout the week @ different locations, days, and times. Ask to speak with Manuel Gonzalez or Mike Doeller for more info.
 
Our Ladies have a Craft Day scheduled for Saturday February 24th from 10am - 2pm inside the Multi-Purpose Room Building. The cost is $15.00. You can sign up @ the info desk and receive any additional information, or ask to speak with Shelley Acosta.

The Grief Share Ministry meets on Tuesday evenings @4:30pm beginning February 20th Inside the Multi-Purpose Room Building. If you or someone you know is in need of meeting with someone for comfort, support, and encouragement, please ask to speak with Colleen Sando after service on Sunday's for more information.

We are hosting our next Widows Lunch on Thursday February 29th. Fellowship starts @11:30am Lunch is served @12:30pm. If you would like to assist us in preparing and serving food to these wonderful ladies, please ask to speak with Lillian Knapp for more info.
 
For those enrolled in the School of Ministry our next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday February 27th @6pm inside the Multipurpose Room Building.
 
 
Beatty Baptist Church Outreach Please continue to pray for God to pour His Holy Spirit out upon the Beatty Community as we send volunteers out weekly to share Gods Word with the congregation there. It has been a wonderful partnership. They have expressed their thankfulness for our willingness to serve them in this way. We are so looking forward to seeing God do amazing things. Thank you so much church family for your love, support, and encouragement, what a blessing it will be to celebrate in the harvest together.
