Going Deeper Bible Study and Dessert Potluck

There is an Adult interactive Bible study every Wednesday

that begins @ 6:30 p.m. in the Chapel.

This is a group Bible Study for those who want to dig deeper into God’s word.
There is a dessert potluck that begins @ 5:30 prior to the Bible study.

Ministry to Men

The Men’s Prayer Group - meets every Sunday morning at 6:30 a.m. for coffee

and at 7 a.m. for prayer in the Fellowship Café.

Men's Breakfast - Men's Breakfast will be at 7 a.m. on Saturday,
February 18th at Denny's. All men are invited to come and
enjoy a time of great fellowship and food.

Young men as well as sons are also welcome to come.

Ministry to Youth

Jr. High and Sr. High youth will be meeting for youth group on

Friday, February 10th and 24th at 6pm in the Fellowship Café.

All youth are invited to come have fun!

Ministry to Women

Ladies Craft Night will be Tuesday, February 3rd

at 6 pm in the home of Shelley Floyd.

The ladies will be making cards.

The cost is $5 to be paid at the time of signing up.

The sign-up sheet as well as maps to Shelley’s home

are in the Fellowship Café.

Craft Night for the months of March-May will be
teaching the ladies how to make an 8x8 scrapbook.

The cost for the book and all of the materials including

papers and embellishments will be $20. These make beautiful gifts.

There will be a sign up sheet and payments taken in the Café.

Ministry to Seniors

Bible study and prayer group for seniors meets on

Monday, February 13th and 27th at 10 am in the Fellowship Café.

All seniors are invited to come and enjoy a time

of Bible study, prayer, and fellowship.

Bake Sale

There will be a bake sale after both morning services on

Sunday the 12th to raise funds for our Women's Retreat.

If you would like to donate baked goods please have them

to the church before the morning service you are attending

so that we can have them ready to sell after service ends.

Food Drive

We are collecting non-perishable food items to assist our local community food banks.
The Ministry Information Center is where you can obtain a list of needed items
as well as drop off food after each service. Just look for the clear plastic box
to put your non-perishable foods items into. See Alan Atherley for more info.

Elder on call

Duke Patterson is our elder on call for this month.
He is available for home & hospital visitations as well as
for prayer and questions regarding God’s word.
He can be contacted @ 751-8000.

There is a place for you ...

There are many areas at Calvary to get involved and serve.

Some areas of opportunity are: Children's Ministry, Sound Board Ministry,

Snack Bar, Song Base Ministry, Worship Ministry, Greeters Ministry,

Cleaning Ministry, and Ministry to Seniors.
